Signing of a Cooperation Agreement Between Ta'amolat Youth Creativity Association and the Palestinian International Creativity Foundation – Sweden Branch
Ta'amolat Youth Creativity Association (Qareb), represented by its President, Dr. Amani Ghaleb Mahmoud Dawood, signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Palestinian International Creativity Foundation – Sweden/Scandinavia Branch, represented by Dr. Nora Melhem. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Second International Conference of the Arab Council for Creativity and Innovation, held under the theme "Investing in Innovation for the Sustainability of the Arab Nation" from December 7 to 11, 2025.
This cooperation comes within the framework of strengthening international partnerships that support creativity and innovation, empowering youth, and exchanging expertise in educational and community fields, contributing to the development of joint programs and initiatives at both local and international levels.
The conference was held in conjunction with the celebration of the 16th anniversary of the founding of the Arab Union for Sustainable Development and Environment and its 15th conference titled "Sustainable Development and the Future of Generations." It included a series of scientific seminars, specialized workshops, and research presentations addressing issues of innovation and the sustainability of scientific curricula, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, university presidents, and representatives of Arab and international institutions.
Dr. Amani Ghaleb Mahmoud Dawood is regarded as a prominent academic and community leader. She holds a PhD in Public Health Sciences, is an expert in human resource development, a lecturer at Al-Quds Open University, a member of the Arab Council for Creativity and Innovation, and President of the Arab American Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – Palestine Branch. She has led numerous national initiatives and international conferences, including the First and Second International Conferences on Women's Issues, and was awarded the title of Best Student Company through INJAZ programs at the Arab regional level.
On the other hand, Dr. Nora Yahya Al-Melhem heads the Palestinian International Creativity Foundation – Sweden/Scandinavia Branch. She is a dentist of Palestinian origin who established a company in Sweden specializing in legal consultancy and translation. She works in cooperation with legal and humanitarian organizations to support Arab and Palestinian communities and collaborates with the Swedish Red Cross to promote the integration of refugees into Swedish society.
The agreement is expected to contribute to the launch of joint programs and initiatives that serve youth and the community, while strengthening the presence of Palestinian institutions in regional and international forums.
